We do not publish a price list. This page explains why, exactly how the cost is built, what moves it up or down, and what is included as standard. If you want a number for your own catalogue, the form at the bottom gets you one — usually within a working day.
The words "product photo" cover a single packshot and a four-hundred-SKU seasonal catalogue produced for three marketplaces in four aspect ratios. Any rate card that fits one of those badly overcharges or badly undercharges the other.
So we quote against the actual catalogue. You tell us how many products, how many frames each, and where they need to run; we come back with a fixed number for that scope. No hourly billing, no surprise line items at the end.
If you want a rough order of magnitude before a full conversation, say so in the form. We will send a range rather than make you sit through a call to find out whether we are in your budget at all.
The unit is the SKU, not the hour. You pay per product, and the per-product price falls as the count rises — the setup work behind a model identity and a scene is amortised across the collection, so a 300-piece catalogue costs far less per frame than a 10-piece capsule.
Work is quoted in packages sized to the collection. Within a package, the number of frames per product and the output formats are fixed up front, so the figure you approve is the figure you pay.
| Variable | Effect | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Number of SKUs | ↓ per unit | The single biggest lever. Per-frame cost drops steadily with volume. |
| Frames per SKU | ↑ | Three angles versus eight changes the total materially. |
| Model identity | ↑ if bespoke | A catalogue model is included. A brand-exclusive identity, locked across seasons, is priced separately. |
| Channels & ratios | ↑ slightly | Multiple crops from one master are cheap. Separately composed sets per channel are not. |
| Video | ↑ | Short editorial loops are quoted per product alongside the stills. |
| Post package | ↑ | Captions, carousel structure and ready-to-publish social sets. |
| Turnaround | ↑ if rushed | Standard first draft is 24–48 hours; compressed deadlines carry a premium. |
| Revisions | included | Pose, light and scene changes on the draft are part of every package. |
Crops are produced to each platform’s published specification — see the marketplace image guides for what that means in practice.
Most of what we produce is seasonal catalogue work for brands running continuous output across several channels. That work is structured differently from a single project.
Production is not bound by studio days or model calendars. Large catalogues run in parallel rather than in sequence.
A brand-exclusive face, locked and reused across every season, so the catalogue reads as one campaign.
For ongoing work we commit to a delivery rhythm rather than quoting each batch from scratch.
Zalando, Amazon, OTTO and your own store produced together from one master rather than re-shot per platform.
Commercial usage defined up front, files delivered in the structure your PIM or feed expects.
Seasonal or continuous engagement rather than per-project quoting, with pricing set for the term.
Four answers is usually enough for us to price it. Your message opens ready to send.
Because the same service covers a single packshot and a 400-SKU seasonal catalogue across four channels. A published rate would badly misprice one of them. We quote against your actual scope instead, usually within a working day.
Yes. Say so in the form and we will send a range rather than a full quote. We would rather tell you early if we are outside your budget than take up your time.
No hard minimum, but the per-product price is at its highest on very small jobs because the setup work is the same. If you are testing us with one product, use the free test shot instead — it costs nothing.
The cost structure is fundamentally different: no studio rent, model fees, agency commission, crew day rates or sample shipping. We break the comparison down line by line in this article.
Yes, and that is most of what we do. For seasonal or continuous catalogue production we agree a delivery rhythm and pricing for the term rather than quoting each batch separately.
